National Simultaneous Storytime is coming to a campus library near you!

Wednesday, 23rd May, 2018 at 11 am.

Five FedUni campus libraries are hosting National Simultaneous Storytime in May; joining the 767,000 participants across Australia who are enrolled in this year’s event.

Now in its 18th year, National Simultaneous Storytime is an annual campaign run by the Australian Library and Information Association, encouraging more young Australians to read and enjoy books.

Every year an Australian authored and illustrated picture book is read simultaneously in schools, childcare centres, family homes, bookshops and hundreds of libraries.  This year’s book is Hickory Dickory Dash written by Tony Wilson and illustrated by Laura Wood.

Berwick, Gippsland, Mt Helen, SMB and Wimmera campus libraries are all taking part in various ways through displays, readings by academics and students and hosting our littlest FedUni members from our Childcare Centres.

Check out what your campus library has on offer – some even have food: think Tic Toc.
