Orientation/enrolment

At FedUni, we provide a full orientation program specifically for our international students and pride ourselves on the personal support that we offer.

Orientation

During orientation you will meet our team, the student committee and your fellow new students. You will also learn everything you need to know about studying at FedUni, your rights and responsibilities and the wide range of services and facilities available to you during your time with us. This includes:

  • Support services
  • Social and sporting activities
  • Academic resources
  • Campus and community tours
  • Fire, personal and water safety
  • Health and personal relationships
  • Accommodation options
  • Bank accounts and financial understanding
  • Faculty information
  • Enrolment/timetables

As mentioned in your welcome letter, the orientation and enrolment days for semester 2 2017 are on Monday 24 and Tuesday 25 July. It is compulsory that new students attend both of these days.

The entire week 24 - 28 July is Orientation week, so plan on being on campus Monday - Thursday. Information about campus and faculty-specific orientation programs and a range of social events will be released on the O-Week webpage closer to the event.
