my Alumni Centre

For new users wishing to access my Alumni Centre, please select Alumni details and involvement opportunities. The Alumni Office will then create your user account and send you an email with login instructions.

What is my Alumni Centre?

my Alumni Centre gives you an opportunity to reunite with your fellow graduates, through an online system to:

  • Update your personal details
  • Search for other alumni
  • Apply for and renew your alumni library membership

Logging in

Your username will be the home email address you have provided. If you need to amend your email address, please contact the Alumni Office via email alumni@federation.edu.au. For a new account, or if you have forgotten your password, select the 'Forgot Password' link on the my Alumni Centre login screen and your password will be sent to your nominated email account. You can learn how to change your password in Resetting your password for myAC.

Are your personal details secure?

Please note that all of your personal details cannot be seen by fellow alumni members, unless you choose to make them available. To make your details available, login to my Alumni Centre and go to 'Self Service > Campus Personal Information > Profile Security Restrictions'.

myAlumniCentre is changing

From Monday 28th November 2016 the way you access my Alumni Centre to update your details, security settings, apply for Alumni Library Membership and more will become streamlined.

What will be different?

The log in page will change to be more responsive to the device you are using. The homepage (the page you first see when you log in to the system) will be a tile-based display, with each tile providing quick links to an action or process.

Why is myAlumniCentre changing?

The changes are the first stage of a full system update. Classic pages will still appear for actions and processes behind the tiles and new left hand side menu. By the end of 2017, the next upgrade will overhaul how the system appears.

Pop Up Blockers

Generating Unofficial Transcripts (PDF’s) on various devices may require alumni to adjust settings to allow pop up’s.

Example: iPad and iPhone (Safari browser):

Clicking the View Report button (if Block Pop-ups is set to prevent Pop-Ups) - the page will display a Saved icon and nothing appears

Go into Safari Settings and turning off the Block Pop-ups setting.

Then clicking the View Report button will generate a dialog box "This site is attempting to open a pop-up window: Block/Allow", clicking Allow opens the Transcript PDF in a new Safari tab.

Save warning

Please note that when you use the back button located at the top right hand corner of the page, or the home button located on the top left side of the page, you will NOT receive a "do you want to save" message. Ensure when you input data to SAVE.
