Helping industry in Gippsland boost their business

A seminar at Federation University Australia’s Gippsland campus will bring together representatives from local industry to learn new ways to strengthen their business. 

The Asset Management Workshop will be hosted by the School of Science, Engineering and Information Technology. 

The event will focus on helping businesses reduce the cost of operational maintenance, reduce the risk of failures and enhance the performance of assets. 

It will feature three expert speakers: 

  • Dr Gopi Chattopadhyay, Post Graduate Program Co-ordinator, Maintenance and Reliability Engineering, Federation University Australia.
  • Dave Alexander, Managing Director, Holistic Asset Management.
  • Stephen Morey, Senior Reliability Engineer, Department of Defence. 

It is the tenth local event of its kind, with previous events attracting almost 400 delegates to the Gippsland campus over the past three years. 

The event is run in conjunction with the Asset Management Council and The Engineering Network. 

The Asset Management Workshop will be held on Thursday 28 November from 2.30pm - 4.30pm at the Federation University Gippsland campus, building 5N, room 158, Northways Road, Churchill.
