First Open Day at FedUni Berwick

Posted: Friday 11 August 2017

Federation University Australia is delighted to host its first official Berwick Campus Open Day on Sunday, 27 August.

The Berwick Open Day also will coincide with the launch of six new degree programs, bringing the total number on offer at the campus to 21.

The six new undergraduate degrees include: BioMed, Mechatronic Systems Engineering, Criminal Justice, Psychological Science, Social Science and Health Science.

The Berwick Campus will be open from 10am to 3pm on the day. All visitors are welcome to experience what will be on offer when FedUni takes full operation of the site in 2018.

Professor Helen Bartlett, Federation University Australia’s Vice-Chancellor, said Open Day was an opportunity for anyone living in the Casey Cardinia Shire to find out more about the university and its newest campus in Berwick.

“We are excited to be part of the City of Casey and Cardinia Shire and we are here to support the community as it grows with our education programs,” Professor Bartlett said.

“On behalf of the University, I am very pleased to welcome the community to FedUni for our 2017 Open Day.”

Prospective students can meet and speak with staff and current students; attend program information sessions and collect detailed course and student services and support information.

A range of programs and scholarship information sessions will run throughout the day to help you discover more about the FedUni community.

Further sessions will help you understand the application processes, fees, support services, and other information you need to know before you start university.

Along with program and application information, you will have the opportunity to check out a range of displays and demonstrations.

Visitors can also try their hand at some of the activities that our students participate in, as well as explore the University’s facilities and FedUni Living accommodation.
