The brainchild of FedUni TAFE cookery teacher, Ryan Pearce, himself an experienced chef with extensive experience in one, two and three-hatted restaurants in Melbourne - this is an experience not to be missed.

Our master chefs include Matt Dempsey of Gladioli and Tulip fame, Luigi Bazzani (OAM), founder and owner of Warrenmang Vineyard and Bazzani Wines, acclaimed dessert chef, Phillipa Sibley Cook, Matt Germanchis, former Head Chef of Pei Modern, Melbourne and now running Pei Modern, Sydney, Daniel Southern, former executive chef of Melbourne restaurant Comme, Ballarat food champion and chef Suzi Fitzpatrick, and Damien Jones owner and head chef of Ballarat's Catfish Thai.
The amazing culinary creations will be matched with wine selections from wine master, John Harris of Mitchell Harris Wines.
Each master chef will have three apprentices assigned to them - with each required to submit recipes that showcase the bountiful, quality fresh produce from across the Ballarat region.
