Throughout my academic career I have been involved in teaching a range of legal areas to business and management students. My particular areas of interest and expertise are in environmental law, marketing law, policy and governance, areas that have also informed my research. My management involvement has included positions as Member of Management Committee, Chair of Department, Head of Discipline and member of strategy and planning committees and bodies. At present I am President of the FedUni Branch of the NTEU and Victoria Division President


My previous research outputs include the areas of: Marketing and Commercial Regulation, Environmental Law and Policy, and Corporations, particularly Public Sector and Governance. I am presently very active in corporate governance research
