Christine qualified as an organisational psychologist after managing a private-sector organisation, and has been a consultant to major Queensland mining companies and the Queensland Department of Primary Industries. She has also worked in China in the area of joint-venture performance for companies such as Coca-Cola, Amatil and Cathay Pacific.
Christine has 10 years of academic experience, including a posting as Visiting Professor at Eastern Washington University. Her professional interests lie in the areas of transformational leadership and group dynamics.
She focuses on creative innovation and the general issue of people in organisations.
