Dr Qingguo Zhai is a senior lecturer in the Federation Business School, Mt Helen Campus. He teaches Quantitative Research Methods for business students at both undergraduate and post graduate level.


His research and publications relate principally to job attitudes, subjective well-being and behavioural research. He is a reviewer for several management journals, such as Journal of Business Ethics, Social Indicators Research.


Dr Qingguo Zhai has successfully completed supervision of many research masters and currently is a supervisor of PhD student.
