Biography

Dr Qingguo Zhai is a senior lecturer in the Federation Business School, Mt Helen Campus. He teaches Quantitative Research Methods for business students at both undergraduate and post graduate level.

Research

His research and publications relate principally to job attitudes, subjective wellbeing and behavioural research. He is a reviewer for several management journals, such as Journal of Business Ethics, Social Indicators Research.

Supervision

Dr Qingguo Zhai has successfully completed supervision of many research masters and currently is a supervisor of PhD student.
