Biography

Dr Peter Townsend (M.Bus (Monash) CAHRI) is a lecturer in the international management and international human resource management disciplines. His career encompasses the progression from undergraduate and post graduate education in England with management consultancy in London, through to practical expatriate experience in the Pacific. Academically, he has lectured at the Universities of Sydney and South Australia, and is now researching internationally with publications in the areas of human resource management, cultural intelligence and intercultural capability.
