Prior to the formation of Federation University Australia, Julie joined Monash University from Durham University, UK where she taught Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour. Her PhD is in the fields of organisational behaviour and public sector management. She has taught in the further and higher education sector and has over 20 years experience of leading and delivering a range of business programmes. Julie was also an associate lecturer for the Open University Business School UK and has worked with both undergraduates and managers on the Diploma in Management Studies delivering business and management related modules.
