Federation Business School

Our Faculty is committed to building collaborative relationships of mutual benefit at the local, national and international level.

Community engagement

Our students are able to take advantage of our relationships with industry through programs such as Enactus@FedUni, our Industry Placement Program and various internship programs. These programs are critical in that they afford our students an opportunity to apply what they learn in real world contexts.

We also deliver programs in conjunction with our industry partners, delivering tailored programs to meet their needs ranging from vocational certificates through to corporate MBA programs delivered in-house. Our previous clients include Dell Malaysia, McDonalds, Erikson, Ararat City Council, East Grampians Health.

Our staff are actively engaged in the communities they live in and serve on boards, government advisory boards and panels and volunteer their time and expertise in a number of ways for community organisations.

Our Faculty holds regular events for our staff, students, alumni and the community and our upcoming events can be viewed on our events page.

Study abroad and exchange

We offer our students a variety of opportunities to experience studying abroad either for a semester or for a shorter period. Opportunities include semesters abroad in Europe or the USA, or short-term study tours in Asia combining international business with Asian language and culture.

Research engagement

We have an active community of scholars who conduct collaborative research. International research collaborations include prestigious universities located in the subcontinent and China. View further details of our research engagement.

Our international orientation

Our Faculty is committed to offering a true internationally oriented business program. Our graduates will live and work in a globally connected society and need an education which prepares them for this. We teach our programs to students both international and domestic and we offer our programs in partnership with other educational institutions located throughout Australia and overseas. Our curriculum is therefore developed and informed by our experiences both here in Australia and overseas. Visit Education partnerships for information about our partners.
