Research interests
Strengthening Sexuality Education Project: I work collaboratively with three other researchers within this project, including Dr Nina Fotinatos (School of Health Sciences), Dr Jenene Burke (School of Education and Arts) and Ms Bernadette Duffy (School of Health Sciences).  The project's vision is to strengthen sexuality education in our regional and rural areas. The project's mission is to collaborate with key stakeholders and improve the teaching and learning opportunities for students with access to puberty and sexual health education in a range of formal and informal teaching environments.

I am also beginning to examine with a small number of staff within the discipline of nursing, the ever changing demographic of our student cohort and the impact of this upon the engagement of students in learning.
