FedUni offer several programs in outdoor and environmental education in both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
The outdoor education programs provide a blend of theory and practice, with field trips in bushwalking, canoeing, rock-climbing and related environmental studies in fabulous learning environments in Victoria's rivers, rocky landscapes, high country and forested regions.
A number of our qualifications are recognised and/or accredited by accreditation bodies and institutes, at state and national levels. They can lead to employment as a freelance outdoor educator, adventure guide, group leader, outdoor recreation worker, or as a teacher.

Interested in becoming a teacher of health, outdoor and physical education? Outdoor and environmental education can be taken as an alternative teaching method as part of the Bachelor of Health and Physical Education.
Want to combine your love for working outdoors, with a desire to teach health and physical education? The new Bachelor of Health and Physical Education/ Bachelor of Outdoor and Environmental Education is a double degree which enables you to expand your employment options. Graduating as a teacher of health, outdoor and physical education also opens the possibility of working in recreation, tourism or outdoor education.
