KickStart grants

KickStart bursaries

KickStart bursaries are aimed at ensuring students in need receive appropriate assistance when they need it. To make it easier for students to access financial assistance or receive required aid, FedUni has a range of bursaries to give students the kick start they need to achieve success.

Please note: Semester one KickStart Bursary offers will be emailed to successful students in late February 2016. Semester one commencing students will not be paid until after Census date (31 March 2016).

Faculty scholarships

FedUni has a range of scholarships available that are awarded to students for outstanding academic performance and/or community involvement. These scholarships are based upon various criteria which usually reflect the values and purpose of the donor or founder of the award.

External scholarships

A number of scholarships are available to students that are administered and offered externally from national and international organisations. These scholarships are based on various criteria, and are usually specific to the purpose and/or values of the organisation offering the scholarship.

International scholarships

Foundation scholarships

Foundation scholarships are open to both commencing and continuing domestic higher education students enrolled in an undergraduate degree (including honours) or masters degree, and to commencing and continuing domestic TAFE students.

In 2016, eleven (11) scholarships will be allocated, each to the value of $7,000. Applications will be assessed on financial circumstances and commitment to study. Termination of studies by the recipient will automatically cancel the scholarship.

Please note that the scholarship application does not guarantee you a place in the course of your choice.
