Join Kate in exploring your own answers to these fundamental questions of life by drawing from the fields of psychology, neurobiolody, and mindfulness. This will be a dynamic, engaging, and hands-on session that will help you to clarify what it takes to stay on track when faced with difficult choices and strengthen your ability to stay on track and be true to yourself by identifying your own core values.
