Feeling overstretched at Uni?
University study can bring a tornado of new thoughts and experiences and whether you’re finding it hard to focus or need time to out from the stress that university life can bring, a regular yoga practice could benefit you.
This group program integrates the practices of yoga with mindfulness meditation techniques to support greater resilience to stress and improve well-being. The program includes mindful movements, breathing techniques, and meditation to train attention in present-moment awareness, to cultivate calm, and to support a self-care routine. Beginners are welcome.

What to bring
All you need to do is turn up. If you have a yoga mat, bring it. Wear loose fitting clothes – shorts or leggings. Yoga mats as well as props will be provided.
Brendan is a dual lineage holder in two of the most influential styles of Hatha-Vinyasa yoga – SomaChi Yoga and Jivamukti Yoga. His classes are both challenging and liberating for the body and mind, while his supportive presence will guide you through and extraordinary practice that leaves you refreshed and grounded. He has trained in India and New York completing over 500 hours of yoga training with his teachers Sharon Gannon and David Life, co-founders of the Jivamukti Yoga Method.
