Learning Management System (Moodle)

Moodle is the official Learning Management System for Federation University Australia. It is the primary means for communicating course materials and announcements to students. Higher Education and Vet students use "FedUni Moodle".

Accessing Moodle

To access either of these systems scroll to the bottom of the FedUni homepage and click the link for the Moodle instance you require. Alternatively click on the 'Students' link in the top right hand corner of the FedUni homepage, then scroll to the bottom of the page where there will be a 'Login' section for all major areas.

For the courses listed in your My Classes menu, you will find the course descriptions and lecture notes as well as other important information about your courses.

Academic literacy information and self-paced learning exercises

There are multiple resources within the 'Student Turnitin Access 2017' Moodle course (HE only) which provide links to the academic writing standards acceptable at FedUni. Make sure you study these carefully before you prepare and submit your writing for assessment. These resources include:

Moodle support

For support click the Moodle Help drop down, view the Online Moodle Guides, or select Student Support Forum and click 'Enrol Me' to participate in the support forums.
