Could you be the next Student Academic Leader?

Student Academic Leaders are experienced students who have shown exceptional academic abilities and commitment to the university culture by participating in other leadership roles. These students assist other students with their university experience.

Applicants must, as a minimum, have previous experience in a leadership role at Federation University. A Grade Point Average (GPA) of 6.0 or above is preferred. They should also possess above average communication and interpersonal skills, maturity and good organisational skills.

Could you be the next PASS Leader?

PASS applications for 2018 are now closed. If you would like to be notified when applications are open, please fill out the Student Futures Expression of Interest Survey.

Peer Assisted Study Session (PASS) Leaders are students who have achieved high grades in subjects that PASS is offered in. These students coordinate group study sessions for students currently studying the course they're leading.

Applicants must, as a minimum, have achieved a distinction or better in the subject that they would like to lead in. A Grade Point Average (GPA) of 6.0 or above is preferred. They should also possess above average communication and interpersonal skills.

It is highly recommended that you have viewed a copy of the PASS Leader Position Description prior to completing this survey. The faculty recommendation letter can be found at the end of the Position Description document.

Could you be a Student Mentor?

Student Mentor applications for 2018 are now closed. If you would like to be notified when applications are open, please fill out the Student Futures Expression of Interest Survey.

If you are interested in helping smooth the transition for first-year students, develop your leadership and interpersonal skills, and earn an income while you study, this may be the job for you.

Mentors are students currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree at FedUni who have completed at least one semester of study.
