Education / qualification verification

In order to process your request, the University requires that written authorisation is given by the former student. To enable us to release information to you, the authorisation must include:

• Student's full name (as enrolled)
• Date of birth
• Student number (if known)
• Date / year of study
• Program name
• Signature
