It is important to prepare all relevant information for your appointment, this includes:
- Completed Student Advisory Service Appointment Form (pdf, 41kb)
- Course description (where applicable)
- Correspondence between yourself and lecturers/tutors/administrative staff that relates to your concern
- Any further evidence that is relevant to your concern e.g. medical certificate, legal documentation, police reports etc.
If you are attending an appointment to seek assistance with the writing of either appeals or 'show cause' letters, there are templates of these letters available on our website. Before coming for your appointment please write a draft of your own letter so that we have something to work with.

Appointments with the Student Advisory Service are 40 minutes in duration and can be made by:
