Professor Todd Walker

Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Engagement)

Professor Todd Walker is the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Engagement), a position that contributes to Federation University Australia achieving its strategic goals by providing senior leadership in the areas of community, international, philanthropic, commercial, partnership and global engagement.

Professor Walker has a wide spectrum of responsibilities for both academic and administrative areas, and has particular experience in the areas of regional, multi-campus university operations, community engagement, international operations and organisational change management.

Professor Walker has previously held the positions of Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Learning and Quality), Pro Vice-Chancellor (Learning and Quality) and Chair, Academic Board at the University of Ballarat.

Prior to joining FedUni, Professor Walker held various senior positions at Charles Sturt University in New South Wales. He holds a First Class Honours degree in Medical Biotechnology, a PhD in Molecular Oncology and a Graduate Certificate in University Leadership and Management, all from Charles Sturt University.
