After-hours PC lab access

If you wish for access to the G96 PC lab, present your student card to the Facilities and Security Office in Building 903 (Ground Floor).

The Academic Skills and Knowledge (ASK) program supports students with their development of study skills. Comprised of experienced student leaders, the ASK team is there to help answer any question a student has during their undergraduate degree, from referencing to finding a booklist.

How do I contact my lecturer?

The most reliable way to contact lecturers is through email, which should be available on Moodle. This is how you should arrange to see lecturers as well, who will have their consultations hours posted.

How do I buy my nursing uniform?

The university bookshop stocks these and is located in Building 902 at Berwick.

I need support with my study. What do I do?

We know student support is very important to success. We have many different services to help you in your time at university.

What is Moodle?

Moodle is the official Learning Management System for Federation University Australia. It is the primary means for communicating course materials and announcements to students.

I need financial advice/ assistance; whom do I speak to?

Student HQ should be your first port of call for these matters; Building 903, Level 1.

Parking

Parking spaces at Berwick are in high demand. If you plan to drive to university regularly, be sure to apply* for a parking permit at the Security Office: Building 903, Ground Floor. A Zone 4 permit will allow you to park in Zone 4, but there is no guarantee of a park from day to day. Permits are free for students in 2017.

*Applications open 27 February.
