  • IT support
    • The Service Desk is the first point of contact for all computer, telephone and communication-related enquiries.
  • International student support
    • The International Student Support (ISS) office provides assistance to students who may experience difficulty adjusting into life at University and in Victoria. The support staff provide guidance and support through a number of programs and support options
  • Research support
    • Our Research Services Team recognises the importance of education and training to support higher degree students and are pleased to offer a range of personal and professional development programs to enhance your higher degree experience.
  • Orientation (O-week)
    • Social and educational activities organised during Orientation Week and the early weeks of semester are designed to ensure new students make a smooth transition into university life.

  • FedReady
    • FedReady is a week-long course intended to help you get ahead in your student career. FedReady will provide you with the tools to succeed at University, no matter what degree you are enrolled in.
  • Scholarships and book bursaries
    • We offer a range of scholarships and awards for TAFE, undergraduate and postgraduate students.
  • Aboriginal Education Centre
  • Mentor Program
    • To support your transition to university, we provide you with a Mentor who is in the second or third year of your course. Having already experienced life at university, Mentors provide first-hand support to new students in the first few weeks of their study, when it matters most.
  • Student Careers and Employment
  • The Student Careers and Employment Service has some great resources to help students plan for their career, get part time work whilst studying, and get that all important graduate position.
